Ingredients:
1 t salt
1 t white pepper, ground
1/2 t black pepper, freshly ground very course
1/2 t marjoram
1/4 t sugar
1/2 t Dijon mustard
1/2 lemon, juice only
1 small clove garlic, bruised
5 T vinegar
1/2 C olive oil
1 T prepared mayonnaise
Method:
Place all ingredients in jar and shake vigorously until mixed.
Keeps for several weeks in refrigerator.
